Shipping Options

We offer expedited shipping nationwide to ensure your meat arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Standard Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

• Available to all 50 states
• Free on orders over $125
• $15-25 for orders under $125 (varies by location)
• Includes insulated packaging with dry ice

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to maintain freshness:

• Insulated cooler boxes
• Dry ice for temperature control
• Vacuum-sealed products
• Temperature monitoring

Delivery Requirements

• Someone must be available to receive the package
• Packages cannot be left unattended
• Signature required for delivery
• Please plan to be home during delivery window

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 12 PM CST ship same day (Mon-Thu)
• Orders placed after 12 PM ship next business day
• Friday orders ship Monday
• No weekend shipping

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability:

• Carrier will attempt redelivery once
• Customer may pick up at carrier facility
• Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
• Refunds not available for missed deliveries

Weather Delays

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We'll notify you of any delays and work to ensure your order arrives fresh.
