We follow major FedEx shipping holidays, including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Independence Day.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY MEAT?

Frozen: every pack is vacuum-sealed and carries a best-by date; keep it frozen and enjoy it by that date for best quality (USDA notes meat kept frozen at 0°F stays safe indefinitely). Refrigerated (unopened): 7-10 days. Opened: 3-5 days in airtight containers. Do not refreeze open and completely thawed meat.

BEST WAY TO THAW?

Move your meats from freezer to refrigerator. They'll be thawed and ready in 1-2 days.

WHY IS THERE A MINIMUM OF $90?
