02How is my order packed for shipping?

Every cut is individually vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen, then packed in an insulated box with ice packs for cold-chain delivery.

03Where do you deliver?

We ship across the continental United States. Availability and final delivery timing are confirmed at checkout.

04How soon will my box arrive?

Orders ship Monday through Thursday. Most boxes arrive one to two business days after shipping, with tracking sent as soon as the box is on the way.
