Each cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with insulation and ice packs. It arrives frozen or chilled, ready for your freezer or skillet.
We ship across the continental United States.
Most orders arrive 1–2 business days after shipping. We ship Monday–Thursday, and orders placed Friday–Sunday typically ship Monday. Tracking is sent when your box is on the way.
